Not sure on build time. That all depends on work. I liked my old one better but this one has lots of potential. The current plan is to build the SBC for some decent numbers, stout up the trans, and run the 203/205 combo. I'm going to ditch the 1 tons and run rockwells. I always wanted front and rear steer.

I'd be interested to see your S&B. I run one in my dodge. I wasn't aware they made a jeep application.

nice.. ive always loved rear steer vehicles..

my buddy went to a sema semitruck show this last weekend and showed me pics of a bunch of new modeled semis with rear stear.. they even are making trailers to match to have a 0-turn radius.. pretty sick stuff =p

cant wait to see the final product of the new jeep

I think sublime green is the same color I refer to as booger green.

...And is the only color I would trade my white one for.

I've been leaning towards that antifreeze green on the xtreme truggy. This color is intoxicating.

But this orange is just killer!

Nothing is too pretty to take off roading. I'm going to have to paint the hood on this jeep so I might as well paint it something I want. I painted my last jeep myself for under 400 bones. 400 is easy money to make everything match.

no on the cj, but i did upgrade the blades to mulching blades. btw it is not a "child eating lawn mower" it is a Kiddy Chopper.

My avatar is from a pamphlet that i have to give to customers when they buy a new mower. above the pic it says "Do you know where your children are?" i saw that and laughed, so i am now using it as my avatar.

I managed to sheer off the bolts on my terraflex shock relocators. This then made my 2 inch BB shocks extend too far with my 4 inch lift and 1.25 inch BL. So I ripped the shocks apart throwing fluid all over the Civic behind me. I managed to make it home and put some old beat up Rough Country shocks on it, I think its an improvment.

I also replaced the arm for my blend door, so I know have defrost again.

Ordered parts from Grainger to make my Hi-Lift mount. Man I love working for a supplier for Grainger.

well.. when i was waiting on my buddy to bring my lug wrench over, i started installing my steering box skid thats been in my garage almost 2 years now.. i managed to break the tack weld on the nut inside the frame.. had to sit there and cut the bolt off.. so i had to run to town and by jb weld (hoping itll hold, i left it sitting on over night to dry) then tomorrow ill reinstall my bumper with the skid as well..

and i finished my passenger side hub/shaft swap.. pulled the shaft from my old lp30 (upgrading the u-joints in the hp30, heard this was a great upgrade when installed a hp30 in your jeep, just never got around to it because i didnt feel like buying the 21$ socket i needed until the other day) got around to pulling the shaft from the xj to find out it was ALREADY replaced.. that sucker is 1/4'' bigger than the tj shaft.. so i just put it back in there and put on the new hub and called it a day..

so tomorrow ill finish the skid/bumper like i said, then go get an alignment.. (shop said it couldnt be done until i got new hubs, they tried charging me almost 700 bucks to install new hubs and do the alignment.. i said screw it and got about $210 total in it now, then gotta get it aligned so thats another 60-70)

now im exhausted.. it seems i only work on my jeep the week before i head out for a camping/offroad trip

lol my car is only 70% american made =p (my charger) i wonder what my jeep is, i doubt they even stated back in the 90s.. oh well

checked the jb weld and its still not dry.. had to add more bc i messed it up a little.. sucker is just covered in jb weld now =D i tried putting a heat lamp on it like the instructions said but it just started to melt and drip? oh well.. looks like im waiting another day.. hopefully itll be ready tomorrow.. or i might just have to rock no front bumper at attica =/

earliest i can get an alignment is monday =/ and the tire shop cant fix my valve stem until tomorrow morning.. so we will see when it comes down to crunch time what ill have to do in a hurry..

nothing beats the painting the axle/front axle swap i did in 3 hours before my last trip to attica =p man was that a PITA

Well you see, I haven't gotten to season 8 yet. I half way through season 6 now or is it season 5. But that was awful nice of him to pick an American car.

took my rear bumper off for the new tire carrier going on tonite. Trying to take off the little plastic pieces right after the tire but the bolts are free spinning what is new. So aggravating to say the least but my rock sliders and rear tire carrier will be ready for attica!
