That sucks.

Today I dropped the skid plate to clean some rusty spots off of it.While it was off i changed th fluid in my tcase.I still need to order some redline for my ax15.I took off the stock muffler and tail pipe because the muffler had a hole in it.But I need to order a new tail pipe.

took her out for a little mud bath, had it in 4hi bogged down in the middle of a mud hole when the water was over the bottom of the door and i was leaning i swear it was the mud that made my pants brown because i didnt think i was getting back out. all in all a great day. the girlfriend was impressed we got out.

i always tell her that its not bad untill I say oh god, well she pointed out when i had to stop i said oh F*** she was a little nervous.

Well, the other day I went up to AtoZ Fabrication.

I picked up a set of rocker guards, at a super price btw. I primed and painted them. I also installed a new front bumper.

obligatory driveway shot

Then I went out and got 'em all dirty and rubbed them on some rocks, bounced off a few trees...GOOD TIMES!

I also got to test my front shackle mounts to help a buddy out.

Next is the rear bumper and tire carrier that is drying in the garage as we speak.

Put on a set of winshield light brackets, a set of KC long range slim lights, relocated the mirors to the windshield, took off the doors and took her for a little spin! I think I'm falling in love with it.

Added Wet Okole seat covers (Black with light gray full piping) and replaced the ripped doorskins. Now I see why the temp has to be above 72 degrees. I had to use a blow dryer and a shoehorn to get the last corner on the frame.

I filled the tank up and drove it to work today. Does that count?

My Tacoma had a flat in the driveway, so I left it and drove the Heep.
It was kinda nice only going 55-60 mph in the granny lane for a change.
I'm usually in the fast lane going 85 to keep up with the flow of traffic.

I rewired my rear fogs so they didn't have so many splices with the factory harness that came with it. In the process, something bad happened in one of them and I had a mushroom cloud over the back of the jeep. I unhooked it pronto!!!

Finished wiring the lights up and tested the one good one and examined the burnt one. Looks like the factory wire came loose and hit the housing - POOF.

$20.00 later, a new set of lights is installed. The actual swap was 5 minutes.

Yes, I used my electrical writeup as a reference.

It then runs up into the corner and through the grommet there from the factory. It is all cleaned up and running with the wiring that runs along the driver side and I've got good solid wires and a solid connection.

Took the tail pipe off.... Exhaust ends right at the flowmaster original 40, Just when my neighbors started to like me again...haha!

Also, took it through the car wash to reveal all the trail rash I've gotten in the past weeks
