I wish I had $ 1200 bucks in my rear. Then I'd have the money to upgrade my axles.

Andy, how wide are you going to be tire to tire? Looks like about 83/84 or so?

Wider than that. IIRC, Dirk is at 84" wide. His axles are 68" with 3.75" BS. My axle is 69.5" with 3.5" BS with wider rims. Of course, I would measure it for you if I had my actual tires.

Installed new radio.. for comparison.. stock vs new.. Mono vs Dolby digital

Made the bass nicer and softer, more controlled and a lot louder/stronger before it starts getting distorted.. Gotta say its definetly worth it. Pioneer 5900ib.. One of my buddies has 3900ib and it sounds just the same only less extras...

Tomorow i'm going to try to hook up the stock horn to the alarm to help with horn loudness.

Didn't install anything on it today, but did get it stuck bigger than she-ite in the sand. Dug my arse off until a good samaratin came along and gave just enough of a tug to get me over the hump.
That was the first time being stuck, but I'm sure it will not be the last....

Had a Tie rod replaced and the steering gear adjusted (back went out again so I had to pay someone to do it).

Now I can let go of the steering wheel and it goes straight down the road again.

Found 2 worn ball joint's in the process though
Great start to Levinoss' Jeep front end education.

Wait a minute...you're obviously doing something wrong if you have any spare change left to put in a change holder. It is a Jeep after all...

Previous owner installed a second power point (cigarette lighter) on the passenger side - bottom of dash. For some reason while charging phone, both stopped working. I found that 2nd one was installed with just a wire shoved into 10 amp fuse connection with fuse. Pulled out wire and installed new 10 amp fuse, still nothing, stock cig lighter no work. Looked carefully and found that 20 amp fuse just below it was also blown. Changed that and now stock cig lighter works (for phone charger). Now I'm going to try to figure out where to install wire correctly for 2nd plug. I can't stand it when people install something so simple, half @$$#&.

Just finished 6000 mi service, looked ahead to 9000 mi and it includes draining and refilling dif fluid, I might as well buy some dif covers (maybe ARB) and put them on while I am at it.
