Didn't do anything for my Jeep today but it did something for me. I was loading my groceries into my Jeep when I heard a cry for help from the case of Heineken Light Beer I had just purchased. It seems one of them was too cold and had to be given mouth to mouth. I sprang into action and ripped open the case removing the affected beer. But alas with laws preventing me from carrying any type of apparatus which may be considered a weapon I was at a loss on how to open the non twist top. As I was dropping to my knees to pray for help, the door latch catch on the jamb caught my eye. A perfect fit! The top fit right in! I was able to put that beer out of its misery. Do you think the engineer that designed the latch was actually NOSTRIDAMUS ?

I took the full doors off. It counts for something, right?

These pictures were taken in my World Famous Garage.

Got mine out of the weeds and back into the garage to get new brake lines put in. Now I have to mow the weeds in the middle of my front lawn.
Had to get the sub-frame welded on my beater before I got the Jeep back into the garage. That was my first mig welding experience. After I finished blowing holes through the sub-frame and got the settings right it should hold....it aint pretty, but it should hold. I need LOTS of practice.

I pulled my roll cage and finish welded everything in place. Then shot a new coat of paint on it. Really sucks after I got it back in place I decided to ditch this cage in the near future for a complete custom jobber. Plan to stick this one in my wifes jeep!

Marines

I found a Marines bumper sticker on my bookshelf. It was doing no one any good there. It now has a good place. Front and center.
