I dryer her. Came out from work to find 2+ inches of water in the floor boards and drenched seats thanks to the pop up storm.

I pried the doors off today just because I was getting excited, that was a GIANT pain in the arse. The ride's new to me and the previous owner had not removed the doors in 10 years. I made sure to grease the heck out of the pins. Oof!

Its a dd with d30 up front and d44 in the back. Its an 01 that as long as I've had it has never had them serviced. But I've only had it for a year and a half.

Painted the "Jeep" logo black. Now you can actually see it on the silver...

Do you take it offroading ever? Or did any of the POs? It can't really hurt it to change the fluids.. if its just been a typical daily driver im sure they are fine.. check the owners manual though it will give scheduled intervals for them. Price out how much to do it yourself and see if its in your budget

Took off the hard top and put on the soft top. First time for me on this Jeep. Found I needed a door frame bolt, all four support screws and a back window support thingy. While I was at it I bought a replacement shift boot bezel (broken), hood prop retainer (missing), a new steering wheel cover (ugly and worn out), new front marker lights (one was broke) and went ahead and got new front turn signal lights since all four were only about 9 bucks.

After using my Spiderweb Top for months it was nice to take it off today and have an unobstructed view of the sky. I think I'll store it for a while.
I also removed the side roll bars for the rest of summer.
I folded the windshield down and drove through town. Nice feeling but I had to wear earplugs.

Thanks, I'll look into that. I don't know when they were last serviced since I bought it in April with 112000 on it.

Depends on your driving. It is listed in the owner's manual for recommended service, but my wife is out enjoying a topless night so I don't have the manual with me right now. Damn Jeep girl.

Undercoated her belly

Today, I had Last Mango's underbelly Line X'd so she's ready to take out on the beach in a couple of weeks. Yesterday, I had the front bumper replaced (dealer had dinged it before we bought it, so they replaced it) and door sill guards installed (dealer freebie...WOOOHOOOO). Monday, I had a 7-pin wiring harness and a brake controller installed so she can pull the camper to the beach. Next on my "gotta have" list: a soft top and seat covers!
