Its the standard travel one for up to 2.5" of lift. It is the NitroSport version do you have the NitroChargers by chance?

For the first time in three years, I drove it to work on the freeway. For economic reasons it's been sitting for three years and I'd even considered selling it vs. letting it waste away. Fortunately, my wife wouldn't let me sell my Jeep and encouraged me to get it back on the roads and trails.

In the preliminary stages of its rebirth, I had developed a pretty bad death wobble. Since the Jeep had been sitting, I resigned myself to the fact that I'd be replacing all the front end components. The big list of parts replaced to get the Jeep back on the road was:

Rear brake shoes
Rear brake drums
Rear wheel cylinders
Rear brake hardware
Driver's rear brake line
Front brake pads
Front brake rotors
Master cylinder
Brake system flush
Front wheel bearings / hubs
All 4 ball joints
Front axle u-joints
Tie rod
Tie rod ends
Drag link / ends
Oil / filter
6 spark plugs
2 O2 sensors
Coolant flush / fill
Transmission fluid change
Transfer case fluid change
Front and rear diff fluid change
Alignment
Wheel balance

Happily, the dreaded death wobble is gone without a trace and my baby is back on the road. It's been a rough couple of months wrenching on her, but I've learned some things along the way, and had an excuse to buy some cool new tools as well. Once the rusty bumpers are refinished and the weather stains on the paint are buffed out, she'll be good as new (at least as good as can be expected for an '04 TJ with 95,000 miles)!

I'm a firm believer of the saying if it's worth doin it's worth over doing... But a .22 should do the trick. Lol

Removed the heat shield and outer wrap off the muffler that had rusted and started rattling. She's all quiet again

JC and I went to Jeepwest last nite and Nic put this sweet tire carrier/bumper on.

Nics tech had gone home for the night and Nic put the bumper on for me himself. The guys a trooper and made a serious customer between my Brother and I both. The price was amazing and so was the install. JEEPWEST is seriously a place all Jeepers need to check out.

Thanks Nic

Dropped it off to get the seat belt shoulder piece welded to the roll cage. And get my ox locker properly mounted with a new bracket. I can't weld so I let the guy down the street who owns a shop take care of it.

Yeah check it out, I use to do mobile audio & video at shop here in Cleveland and I never used any other head unit in my personal vehicles than Pioneer. Love the sound quality and features.

I begrudgingly did the unthinkable last night...

I put the hardtop on our Jeep & the MIL's Jeep. The drive to work this morning was spectacularly boring.
