That kind of help is where I started, handing tools and cleaning parts.. It was also a great way to spend time with my dad. Teach her stuff believe me, she will learn. I can't believe how much stuff I just "know" about cars. It was all from just hanging out with my dad..

When hubby gets home we will get this mounted up front and we will look at the rear bumper, the box for that I haven't opened yet. The front was lighter and I still have lift restrictions(back injury).. My little urban assault truck is coming together..

Hey billy,

I only ordered two of them for my trailer build. Not going on the jeep, but my jeep trailer.

They are just Grey Crager Soft 8's. Can get them in just about any size/bs.

Ordered them from Summitracing.com. Around $50 a wheel.

Well, it's hardtop time again

After reading a really nice hardtop restoration thread on another forum I have decided mine is due. Since I've had the Jeep I have pressure washed the hardtop & threw some spray paint on it, but that's about it.

I just ordered struts & seal kit from Morris. I have the whole thing completely taken apart. The inside has been painted and looks great. Tomorrow I am tackling the outside

I hugged my Jeep after 2 months, gave the rental car the bird, waved to my fellow Jeepers for the first time since getting hit in my Jeep, and smiled as I looked down at all the drivers on the road from my lifted height! It's a goooood morning!

Put a new tranny mount in it. Finally after over half a year. Old one had about 2" of movement in every direction. D:

I also greased all the zerks on the front end. After 235k it looks like I'll soon be needing to replace the tie rod ends, the drivers side has a split in it....

Installed a pair of tweeters

My bosses started complaining to me about my "music being to loud" every morning (in my head I'm saying "really") so I decided that the stock HU/7 speaker system need a little extra...

You know you drive a TJ when you have the parts for the mod, the right tools for the job, a BFH & still need a Sawzall to get the job done!

Had to rewire a section of my fog light wiring. It had a break in the wire and would work when it wanted.

Decided today was the day to switch tops...
I scrubbed the soft top and gave the Jeep a bath then I removed the top and sat it aside to dry

I gave the Jeep a good coat of wax before winter

All cleaned up and ready for the hardtop I took just one last toppless ride for te season

My wife and I sat the top in place and i bolted her down and installed the old set of upper windows that i dyed black a few months ago
