I know this is for Jeeps but I count my M416 trailer as part of my jeep I replaced the axle, leaf springs, shocks, Fenders, Tires and rims. I painted the fenders with some rustolem truck bed liner

More photos of this project on the Maryland forums under "M416 questions"

Took my Sahara in for the 1000 mile check up and they washed it for me. Got a new fuel door, splash guards and door entry guards which were installed by the hubby today. He is now reattaching the factory side steps that I had removed when I picked it up a month ago. They seemed awkward at the time when I tried getting in and out with them on. The install was my Valentine's day present. Last weekend the factory system was replaced and I can actually get sound from the sound bar now - big improvement. Up next, soft top for the warmer weather and garage storage system for the hard top. Bad discovery when pulling it into the garage for work - if I lift it we won't be able to use the garage at our house for the Jeep.

paint job in progess

I decided to paint my YJ, and I've found it's a ton of work ! Sanding, sanding, and more sanding, bondo where needed,,, masking, arg ! Lots more work than I envisioned for sure. Just ordered my paint and primer, and now I have to wait until the temps rise enough to start the spraying, good ! It will let me rest up a little. Hope this stump jumper is worth it If it wasn't for the beer cooler in the shop, I don't think I'd made it this far,,,

New swaybar disco's going on as we speak, and picking up my newly powdercoated PSC Brawler Lite trail stinger bumper in an hour! By the end of the night will have bumper and winch installed! YESSS!

Just ordered 5-blackrock 909b's, 5-35' km2's from DTD, TF leveling kit, vdp stubby end caps, RR grill insert and already have the BW flat fenders. Might have to take a few vacation days since my Boss's only hobbies are work and more work...............................:rofl :

Pulled P0201, P0203 and P0204 codes...
Checked all the wires and connections all seems fine so I cleared the codes, we'll see if they return.

Also went and picked up a replacement exhaust manifold to replace my cracked one.

Started replacing the exhaust manifold and the dorman exhaust manifold doesn't fit for sh**
I had to file to get the bolts to thread in...

Then had to grind the flat bars between the tubes to make room for the intake to fit....

Look how much I needed to grind off to make it work...

While driving on the freeway, watched a rock fly up from the car in front of me, and put a crack 3" long in my windshield

Of course, the crack is right in front of the steering wheel...

Yes, you can. I ran it through mine a few weeks ago and it idles/runs a LOT smoother than before.

Changed the oil/filter. Lubed the suspension and steering. Started mocking up rough winch plate drawings.

Attempted to install my new soft top...
Epic fail! I let it sat out in the sun for an hour before I tried putting it on, but its still way too tight I couldn't even get the header close to latching.

Then I started unpacking the windows...

Replaced the loose 14mm track bar bolt with 9/16 bolt and torqued it to spec then smoked my front amber lenses.
