Like the title says, what's the biggest hole anyone has ever patched and have it hold up? I have got one big enough to put four fingers through that I have got to fix. I.am wondering if it can be fixed.

Not safely. That hole is way to big.

The only thing that I know of to cover/patch a hole that size would be sail tape. It holds tight and is waterproof. As the name implies, it is used to patch ship sails and withstand the elements.

The only place I know to get it, but I am sure that there are others.

Sail Patch Tape - Duluth Trading Company

Haha thats whats on the inside of it now incase it rains while I am gone to work. Looking for something a little bit better though. I might end up replacing the top though. I busted the back cheap plastic door thingy and also stuffed about two foot of the top up as well. Who in there right mind puts a tree in the middle of a 5 diamond trail???
