I never thought I would have to defend a statement like that. If you have upgraded your tires, you have built up your Jeep. It is all inclusive, there is no bad Jeep. Every Jeep is GREAT!!!!!!!!! It is like saying you will never spend a dime on your Jeep. Yeah, right. It makes you feel better about spending thousands on your Jeep. Every Jeep is built up.......some are let down.......but most are built up, and cost a bunch. Just a play on words, cause it sure takes a bunch of dead presidents either way.
This thread asked for my favorite saying, which I gave, it said nothing about defending it, or apologizing for it!!!!!!!!!!!

I dunno - I've wheeled with some crappy Jeeps that had too much poorly organized money spent on them; they really don't work well and have way too much chrome.

He was merely saying that with money - you can swing your Jeep in either direction; he wasn't saying that money makes a Jeep shit.

I thought I was playing nicely, I answered the question on the thread, did not realize that I was going to start a whole new topic. Instead of picking on my statement, why don't you follow the thread? You are right, some people do use their upgrades poorly, but I did not want to get into that. Did not see the need to use this as an opportunity to critize anyone.

You, my friend, have an amazing sense of humor. You have some of these people believing you are really that overly-sensitive, but I have let the cat out of the bag. Good one, Bluvikng! You and I are having a good laugh at everyone elses expense!!

We'll have to get them again soon. They actually believed you were serious. I can't believe they fell for it. No one would believe that anyone could be that sensitive!

Bluvikng, my friend, you are a wild man! I shall now consider you one of my best friends on this forum.

I seriously was not trying to amuse anyone, just play'n the game, the thread. Just bought the Rubi, less than a year ago, caught the disease bad......then went and started a buildup on a YJ, trying to create something a little hardier. I have spent more than I care to mention, on Jeeps. My slogan is a way of trying to lesson the impact of spending this kind of money. It should be an awesome ride, when it is finished. Even the wife has questioned my sanity. This has been a site that has been very kind to me, in my insanity. I apologize for not being able to be more thick skinned. Excuse me for being enthusiastic, and proud to be a Jeep owner. Amerijeep, I apologize for taking your comment the wrong way. I guess you could say this is the dark before my storm. I was not trying to entertain you, or anyone else. And right now, I am definately not laughing.

No need to apologize. We're just having fun.

My wife doesn't queston my sanity, though. She knows it's long gone!

I'm glad you are on the forum. Shoot me an email or a PM anytime. I take a beating pretty well if you ever need someone to slap around.

I love when your at the beach, and you see a Jeep full of attractive college ladies, all wearing nothing but bikinis, top and doors off, and they have that "NO CLOTHES ALLOWED" windshield banner or "GO TOPLESS" banner
that usually makes me giggle.
