What kind of lift should I go with?

I have a question about my 2002 Jeep Wrangler SE. It currently sits on 31x10.5 inch tires, with a 1.5" lift. I want to fit 33" tires on it. Is my best route go buying 2" coil spacers? Will that be enough clearance? I also realize that if I'm going to maintain any of the power the 4-cylinder has that I will have to regear it as well. Hope you can help. I won't be doing too much off-loading. More for just giving the Jeep a better look. Thanks!
