What should my friend buy ?

Hello everyone,

Actually I am not from the U.S, but I am a resident here in your lovely country and I registered to this forum because I saw a lot of helping here and now I need your help

My friend and I are big fan of Jeep family and he want to buy a new wrangler ,but he is we do not live in rocks and snow areas like in the U.S, actually we live in a DESART, so he puzzled what to buy a sahara or rubicon?

So what do you think guys?

Regards,

Either way if you plan on doing alot of sand driving I would lean towards getting the manual transmission. I have read that the automatics have issues with the trans cooler in sand driving though Im a TJ guy.....Im sure some JK guys can provide more info.
