what to do w/perfect 2000 wrangler w/rusted out frame

I just learned that my 2000 Jeep Wrangler, which runs amazing and is in excellent condition has a rusted out frame that the transmission could soon drop out of. It has only 98,000 miles on it. My first wish is to have it fixed (maybe put on a new frame?), but if that can't be done, then I need to consider selling it, either whole or in parts? Can anyone tell me if it is possible to fix this or is it just not worth it? If it can't be fixed, will I get more money selling it for parts? I'm in a complete state of shock right now. I expected this Jeep to go on forever and this looks like it's the only thing that I'm not able to fix.

Here's one option: Safe T Cap frame repair kits

It would really help to post pics of the frame in question to get a better answer. I've heard situations where you can get a complete frame replacements. Now the next question is how much money your willing to pay...

Here is the answer you seek. A new frame would be much cheaper than a new jeep.
