Anyone know what the best stuff to use to clean the factory fenders and bumpers? I scrub them with soap an water but once it dries they still look dirty. And what's the best rag to use when washing the soft top windows am not get scratches in it?

I use Black Magic tire wet. Apply it to a terry cloth rag and wipe on.

The important thing is to use SOMETHING to protect them from sun fade. I also use Aero 303. My favorite product for the soft glass windows is called "Plexus" it comes in a spray can and you use it with soft clean rags. I use it on my boat too. It's not only a cleaner, but a preserver too. P.S. Plexus is expensive unless you buy it on Amazon.

Mothers back to black

I just restored my JK bumpers and fenders with Mothers Back to Black 2 weeks ago. It worked very well for me.
I saw a YouTube video where someone was using a heat gun to restore black plastic trim. I haven't tried that myself, but it looked kinda interesting as something to try if the Mothers didn't work.

I use Chemical Guys new look trim gel. The stuff works great I used it on my wife's dried out plastic cladding on her Expedition and it looks fantastic. I use it on the bumper, fenders and hood latches and it keeps them looking new. I also use mothers detailing spray on the hard top and it gives the top a nice dark look

303 is freakin' awesome stuff! Made my bumpers and fenders look brand new. And it looks great on tires. Doesn't make them shine really, just cleans them and makes them black. Fantastic product.

Best way to clean and protect black plastic fenders

Last week I traded in my 2014 Unlmtd Sport for a 2016 Unlmtd Hard Rock. So happy with it! However...
The slightest amount of mud that gets on these fenders does not come off easily, if at all. I've gone to several car washes, scrubbed, used gentle cleansers and degreasers to no avail!
Can someone provide me with what works to clean off the mud for good and what I can put on them afterwards to ward off future mud adherence's?
