Whats gonna break first?

I'm glad to finally own a car I can work on myself and pose the following question...

What items are most likely to fail while wheeling on your jeep, and can they be easily replaced while on the trail? Apologies if this post appears elsewhere. I've got a TJ 4.0, but would like to hear about other generations as well.

Cool you got a car and a Jeep. What kind of car?

As to your Jeep, different terrain can have different impacts. But in general axle shaft ujoints, and other steering components tend to take the most abuse while wheeling and will go earlier then if you just drove around on the street
