I have pretty much the same basic stuff as everyone else but I also carry one of the LONG 1/2" breaker bars from Harbor Freight and the correct size deep socket for the lug nuts. I have artheritis problems in my shoulders and elbows and it makes it much easier when changing a flat. Yes, I could have just thrown in a piece of pipe for a cheater but for 12 bucks or so I chose the breaker bar.

Yeah, have to have the med kit. My GF is a EMT and carries a jump kit everywhere. I..well, I have some heavy meds which do come in handy but not recommended for others and I don't abuse them. I've seen one too many people OD. On a different notice in one instance though my son stepped on the skeleton of a gafftop. 3" barb went right deep in his foot. Hardest thing I've ever had to do was pull that out, it hurt me more than him. Disinfected it, wrapped it up in like 5 socks and gave him a tylenol 3..boy was he happy. Not a great idea but he was feeling no pain and this was years ago.
