Whats the best soft top cleaner?

The summer has left as fast as it came so now it's time to get that hard top back on for what they are saying is going to be a rough winter here in NY. So before I store away my soft top (premium fabric) for the winter what soft top cleaner does everyone on here use? And where can I get it?

I use the Bestop soft top cleaner right before I store the top. It makes the top look awesome, but it leaves an oily residue that stains your paint and windows when you wash the jeep. It's a PITA to clean off, so I would not apply it liberally.

I use Wesley's (Black Magic) Bleach White. It's made for white wall tires but I have found that it pulls the stains rights out of the top and leaves a nice dark shine to the fabric.

You can't go wrong with Raggtop and 303 Fabric Guard.
