Mothers Billet Polish, and patience and elbow grease. Some parts you can use the same polish on a polishing pad and low speed on your Dremel to buff them back to a shine. Then wax, wax, wax them to offer some protection from the elemental crud that erodes the finish....

I should mention that the Billet polish is great for aluminum rims, their metal polish may be better on alloys...

While I'll 2nd my recommendations on Mother's Powerball to get it back to shine, to keep 'em shiny, I use Simple Green like it's my job. Just spray, scrub and hose off. You can even use it on the tires to get that grime off. Works PERFECTLY on brake grease.

I use a few Magic Erasers and water and my rims come out looking great, with patience.

Your brakes leave a greasy residue???? Brake dust washes off with soap and water, when tended to on a semi regular basis. Never seen brake grease.

Don't misunderstand, I just have really never seen greasy residue on my wheels. And I'm kind of a stickler for detailing automotive machinery. I forget sometimes this is a Jeep forum, and not a show car forum

It's like neck grease. No one really wants to admit they have it but some have to live with it.
