wheel spacing

I've got Black Pacer Daytona Wheels with LT235/75R15 goodyear extra grip workhorse tires. Is there a way to tell what size rim it is and what the spacing might be without taking the tire off? My lift is stock right now but plan on putting a Rubicon 4.5" extreme duty lift on my 95'. I believe that I'll want to widen my wheel base once I get the lift. Are these good rims or should I sell and get new?

I would have to think they are 4.5" of back spacing. They will work fine for what you want. You can toss a 33x12.50x15 on there with your lift and it would look really good

Here is one way to measure.
Coker Tire Resource - How do I measure my wheel's Backspace?

As for tire size to fit on them.. I am thinking its a 7" wide rim. So say a 10.50 wide tire.

minimal backspacing puts more stress on the wheel bearings. I've seen em fail in less than 2 years with stock size tires and wheel with little backspacing. the wheel bearings are probable the weakest link in the TJ's D30
