You aren't going to get many people on an open forum like this telling you where good wheeling spots are.
Your best bet is to find a local club, join, get to know the members there and then find spots to wheel.

One public place that is known to many in the area is Rausche Creek Off-Road Park.
Kinda rocky, but tons of fun. Just be sure to go with a couple other people who are quite familiar with wheeling, have plenty of recovery gear, atleast a couple inches of lift doesn't hurt and expect atleast minor trail damage (scuffed paint, possible under-body dents)
