Question wheels

are the wheels off of a 07 wrangler ( or 05,06 rubicon ) the same size as the the wheels on my stock wrangler ( 06 wrangler ) ?

No I think they're an inch smaller on your stock 06..

The wheels on a TJ Rubicon (Moabs) are 16" with 5x4.5 bolt pattern, JK Moabs are 17 or 18" depending with more BS and a 5x5 bolt pattern.

Yes you will need new tires.. 15 inch tires dont fit 16 inch rims..

The avg back spacing between different model years for stock rims is darn close, however the 07 and up rims will not fit your jeep with out mods.
