where should i put the door?

Ok, so I'm leaving Raleigh today to go to Myrtle Beach for the weekend and I always drive my baby with the doors and top off. The only problem I have is how am I going to fit my doors in the back seat without scratching them. Any tips?

Leave the doors home. If you get rained on, you get rained on.

Leave them at home and buy soft doors, they are much more transportation friendly.

i guess if it started raining i could just put the top up and be ok. the doors dont really keep rain out anyway. unless its like hurricane katrina outside of my house.

have you looked at the weather? If its going to rain all weekend just bring the doors....if not go doorless.

That's what I do. Never transport the uninstalled hard doors with you. They could cause major issues in an accident.

actually I've been caught in the rain doorless and stayed dry the whole time. just take the back seat out because that will get the most wet.

Why not put the doors on for the drive down, then take them off and put them in the hotel once you get there? Then you will have them, but not scratch them on the drive...

Wish I was going with you! I am in Burlington. Hubby left for Beaufort this morning to teach a class at the Duke Marine Lab... Where are you staying at Myrtle?

Shell,

You need to read what you just wrote. I'm pretty sure you didn't mean it the way I read it.

Not at all. I'm jealous that's all. You said you wish you were going with him and then mentioned that your husband was away. Then you asked where he was staying.
