where to get masterflow compressor

I want a MasterFlow 1050 portable compressor, in fact my gfs buying it for me. My pepboys was out, said there was 900 in indiana but they cant get them. Amazon wants 20 bucks more than the pepboys that cant get it..

Is there anywhere that sells them besides amazon?

You don't list any prices...There's one on e-bay for $73.60 or you could buy a case of them for $256.

Sorry. My pepboys said 74 bucks, amazon wants 85 (Without shipping, but I think its free).

Id rather buy from a store, or internet store, before ebay, but I wont rule it out.

Ya I picked one up off Amazon.com. Little bit more than Pepboys, but the local one here couldn't get it. they are probably just retarded, but they spent 30 mins with 3 guys including the manager, trying to get the thing ordered. Then another 10 on the phone with someone. I ended up just saying F it, and got it off the internet.

Well worth it for someone who wants a good air pump, but doesn't have 3k for OBA and wants a longer run time than C02 (or doesn't want to find someone to fill it up all the time )

I thought about hard wiring it, but really. Its a 50 dollar compressor, that comes out of the bag, snap on the air filter, hit the alligator clips to the battery, and connect the air hose. Takes 1 minute to hook up I was really considering putting it on my ABS tray, since I don't have ABS, and putting a guage in etc. but again.. its only a 50 dollar compressor. From what I have read, it uses a very odd fitting for the air hose side. You have to do some modding to hook up a regular air line/gauge to it. It can be done, just more of a PITA then its worth for a compressor this cheap. It works GREAT the way it is, no need to mod it or hardwire it. Toss it in the trunk, and forget about it untill its nesessary.

3K for OBA? Where are you shopping? Even if you bought a brand new (reconditioned) York, fabbed a bracket (assuming you want to keep your AC), tank, wiring, gauges and fittings, you would still be under a grand. Most people sacrifice the AC and can do OBA for around 100 bucks, the tank and pressure switch being the most expensive.

huh. I guess I didn't do my research well enough then. I was under the impression those kits were extremely expensive. Oh well, 500 bucks is still a large stretch for me. My masterflow has done everything I ask it to, I can move it between vehicles if need be, and it was cheap!! Pumps up my air matress for my tent in like a minute too
