Yes that would be a good option. But did you see the price....ouch. As long as you're not in too much of a hurry, take some time to check the listings on craigslist and ebay (and the forums). Lightly used factory tops show up all the time.
97-00 use denim - not bad, but not the best. 01-02 use 4-ply sailcloth, and 03-06 use 3-ply sailcloth. 4-ply will last the longest and stay the quietest - although since the material is stiffer, it doesnt stretch as easily - so it would be a little harder to install it when the temperature is cold.

Not sure if the color is right for your jeep - but this could be a good option if you want something that's pretty decent, and if you're not wanting to spend too much money.
When I was searching for tops, i had come across a few people that were cleaning out their garage/storage, and dug up their original factory soft top that had never been used. A lot of jeeps came with both the hard top and soft top, and some people just stuck with the hard top....never used the soft top, just kept it stored in the garage, basement, etc
