Age

I'll be the big "five 0" in January, I've owned two jeeps in the last five years. Enjoyed both of them. Traded in a 2006 Mini Cooper S covertible 6 spd for my latest one.

ppfffttt...I think of it this way, if you are 40 or older then you probably have more money, a stable job, a better sense of taste, and a knowledge of responsibility. All of these things lead up to guys at that age building some bad ass Jeeps!!! Young kids can "sometimes" make some horrible choices on how to "mod" their Jeeps. I am very jealous of some of the Jeeps I see which are modded and driven by older people!!

58 and going strong. Bought it built it and use on the weekends to get to hiking trails and get some exercise and fresh air. Love the Jeepers here in Vegas lots of trailing to see some Nevada history and get off the couch and out of the house. I am really sorry I ever sold my old 76CJ back in 80. It was the most fun I ever had driving until now.

You shouldn't post pictures like that... Now I'm at work and all I want to do is go drive up something.

Bought my first CJ when I was 20. Bought my JK when I was 57 am now 58 and loving the Jeep. Only difference is I don't get nearly as crazy with the JK as I did with my CJ. All the bumps and ruts are a little harder on the body and not the JKs but mine!

Haha, I just turned 45, and bought my first earlier Jeep this year ... have wanted once since I saw a neighbor's CJ-7 back in 1981'ish. Finally could justify the expense, and it's the first vehicle I've owned that makes me grin just to hop in.

I won't own anything else now; grab a few other ladies and form the Gravel Grannies Jeep Club in a couple decades ...

Just turned 52 yesterday. On my 2nd Jeep. Most likely not my last. I'll keep my current one forever, babying it, probably get another someday. Maybe a Hover Jeep.

I crack up with High School and College kids say, "I am broke and on a tight Jeep budget" Yeah, well I am 43, married with Kids, work full time, pay a big mortgage, and I too am "broke and on a tight Jeep budget".
