I have only bought my Jeep here, but my Father in-law has bought numerous cars from here. All always bought using Vern.
No sales pressure, extremely knowledgeable salesman, kind, very personable & professional.
In each of the four times I met with Vern before I bought this jeep, he answered all my questions and always asked me if I had any questions and always provided me with quick precise answers. "I don't know let me check", instead of just making something up.
My experience with Vern is the same as carl d above. Vern followed up with me and was there when I needed some service done after purchase. He then followed up after the service was done to make sure I was happy and kept true to his word by following through with providing me a "part" that was advertised in the sale but could not be found when the purchase was made.
Finance Department: As good as can be in this dept. Friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Got me in and out in a very timely manner. One side note: Did push hard for "extended warranty".
Service Department: Professional. Work was done but sometimes took longer then expected. They made sure I knew what they did, what was covered under warranty and what wasn't. Also asked if I had any question prior to leaving. Not sure if they really cared, but it did seem to appear that they did. There are three service writers, I only liked two of them.
Shuttle service was provided to and from anywhere I asked to be dropped off or picked up. Communication between Service and that driver was lacking though. Service told him to pick me up twice at the wrong place, the driver had foresight enough to call me to double check where I was
I have seen better service departments but not a better salesman than Vern. In my book, he is an exception to the rule, he kept his word, followed up after the sale and also after the vehicle was in for service that was under warranty.
I would give this dealership
(scale 1-5) only because service is lacking IMO
