Windshield light mounts

Well, I got these a few months ago from another WF'r, sorry, forgot who. Had them mounted a month or so then took them off since I haven't picked up any lights yet. Cleaned, primed and painted them and here they are. I'll add some lights in a couple weeks.

Just mount your dune flags to them. That would be awesome.

Seriously though. ecksjay met a guy who works for Hella the other day and the guy was sooooo proud of his product. Straight faced looked him in the eye after he told the guy he was ordering a set of hella's and says "Hella's are the best damn lights ever made!"
All wide eyed and German like he does. I've owned a set and I will agree, they are great lights. If you meet this guy though don't talk about David Hasselhof, he will never stop talking about 'the hasselhof'

Germans love david Hasselhof.

when you purchase light make sure you cant see the lens from the side. On my IPFs I can see the sides of lens because they wrap around. and because of that they have a glare to them .

Ah ha! Your the culprit. I appreciate it. I like them a lot better painted to ALMOST match. Only problem I had was the front hole on the drivers side, it was about 1/16th" off so I had to file it down some. That was what made my discision to paint. I think I'm going with Hella's here.
