Personally I'm not big on bumpers like that on a Jeep. They have their place but I don't think thats it..

I don't really like it either, but I would use it since it was free. Then when you have some money burning in your pocket buy one you really like.

Need to mod it and put some lights on it.

(At least it will save your grill if a deer hits it...then you can get another one)

I would cut that whole front off and see what the bumper looks like, then try to add like a stinger bar, or a tube grill guard or something like that.

It might look nice with a winch behind it. I would like to see a stinger instead of the thing thats on now.

Cut the top tube off and the ends of the bumper just wider than the frame.

Another idea..

Wrap a snatch cord or heavy hemp rope around it a few times to give it that off-road look.

i think i will go this route...just leave the bottom tube (maybe) and make it a stubby (cap the ends after i cut it)

then we'll see how it looks

well i think i will probably just end up buying the warn bumper. i can get it for a nice price and it looks really good...plus the finish and the mounting holes on the warn are really nice...the holes on this one are hard to line up and i don't wanna drill them out or weld a new plate on.

Looks alright from the front, I'm not crazy about the side veiw. Sticks out to far. With a grinder and a welder, I'm sure you can come up with something. I like the bumper itself.
