YJ/TJ compatibility?

My neighbor's son wrecked his 1994 Wrangler pretty good about a year back. It's been sitting in his driveway ever since, and he's told me that I'm welcome to any parts I want that are salvageable off the thing. Several things come to mind, but how do I know what will/won't fit on my 1997 Wrangler? Some off the parts off it I was interested in are the windshield, front seats, and possibly some of the metal off the tub, including the flooring and side panels. The metal is on the bottom of my to-do list currently, but what chance do you guys think I might have that any of the stuff I have listed will be compatible with my TJ? Is there a comprehensive list somewhere of interchangeable parts between the two series?

You could take the seats if you made mounting brackets for them
