When you go..."K, I swapped the tires from the purchase and still have the new 32" BFG Mud Terrains and think...I wonder if Discount or Big O will take those in on a decent swap for some 35" MTRs to slap on the original rims to put on when the 33"s wear out?"

when you drive an hour to go shoot.

and you see this

and this

in the way to go do this

and then you bunker down and grab your balls because you got a jeep

so you do this

and you get something like this

while having fun and shooting your toys

where no body else can make it except for

JEEPS

When people say jeeps are the worse gas mpg vehicles and you look at them and go... "gas mpg is optional"

Jeep Wave

I got to the middle of an hour long traffic jam and there was an old guy standing outside his Willies Jeep all done up in military green with a star and instead of a wave, I got a stand to attention salute!

It was awesome and I was then happy in the jam.

Of special significance. It is ANZAC Day in NZ - same sort of thing as Remembrance Day. Also he was parked at Paekakariki which is where many US Marines were based before they were shipped of to the Pacific war.

People were blaming him for the traffic jam (what jam I say!). He was protesting about selling off NZ assets to China when he had fought for this land.

I saw his Jeep again this arvo. It is not a Willies but a Ford. 1942 complete with all the accessories, axe, petrol can etc etc. Very cool!!!

When driving with the top off in the summer rain is something I look forward to. The looks for the cars are priceless. Besides, 105 and raining is not out of the question.
