Me personally, I don't want my seats gone (sub is hidden, stereo has a security box on it, and the front windows are tinted). Guess I just feel a smidge better with them locked.

When people tell you it looks like a lot of work to take your frame less soft top completely off and you reply back that it's well worth it.

I feel stupid locking my doors in my own driveway, but my insurance says the vehicle has to be locked. I guess I'll get a Supertop if this one gets knifed

From the "you know you drive a Tj when" thread.. but they really pertain to all jeeps as I have been doing the same since my Cj(rip), YJ(rip), and not my TJ days

When you dont take it to a repair shop and say I'll have this fixed in a hour and it turns into an all day job.

When youre topless and doorless so you put on a sweatshirt in the morning then take it off and throw it in the backseat as soon as you get to school/work.

When your NCO dispatches a HMMWV for you to drive around for maintenance things, but you still drive your Jeep because it gets the job done better.

You drive a Jeep when...

When your dog disappears and you search all over to find her....only to realize she is sitting behind the Jeep tailgate in the garage.

When you mentally calculate "goods in cubic feet" before shopping/running errands. (Not just for the ladies! Home Depot counts as shopping).

When your friends by brand new "nice" vehicles (you know- roofs, doors, power, air conditioning) and yet want to go out in yours.

One last one-for the ladies- when you evaluate those friends by whether or not they have Jeep-worthy hair, attire & attitude. In other words- is it worth going out with her if I have to put the top on?
Also true for guys on dates!

very true for my friends. it only takes one ride around town for them to want a jeep instead of an air conditioned car
