7am and 30 degs right now. Will hit 75 by 2 pm. We get WILD temp swings here. Course I do live in a bowl at 7200 ft surrounded by 10,000 ft mts. However unlike Georgia, or the Tx gulf coast I lived at we don't get hurricanes, fire ants, or mosquitos.

No fire ants or mosquitos? Wow! They are as common as dirt here. It's a summer ritual chasing the ant hills around the yard here. Treat one hill, the next day two more pop up. Mosquitos are as prevelant as sweet tea, can't go a day without. There is some beautiful country here in northeast Ga, but man do we have the battles with insects and humidity.

I do termite and pest control for a excellent company here out of Virginia beach. This season is very crazy due to the mild winter we have had. I have two infected tick bites on me now.

Okay, off topic. How long did you lie around to get two ticks attached to you? Or how many beers did it take?

And Yeah, I moved here to Utah from Port Arthur/Beaumont TX. There it was cold and wet, or Hotter than Hell and wet. We go to Vegas, or St. George, UT and it can be a 115 and they go.."Man, its hot out". Weinies... I'll take there dry 115 over a gulf coast 95 with a 200% humidity any day.

Heck just driving in the woods with the top off, we check for ticks after stopping. Usually find at least one.

[/QUOTwhere I live you can get ticketed for that. But most cops don't bother with it here or not mine cause I know half of them from where I parked.

When you park with the front higher than the back because you refuse to put the whole top or windows back on.

I don't belong in the kitchen! I belong to the outdoors! Why shouldn't I be able to get out and have fun in my jeep? I've gone out mudding with a group of 50 jeeps and kicked arse better than they did! I may be a girl... But I know how to handle a stick!
LMAO

when you spend 2 hours washing it after a wheeling trip and another 4 washing the mud off the drive way and you never even hit the outside that was just the underside.

Lmao I do the exact opposite! So the water doesn't short my amp in the trunk. Backs always higher.

When your buddies call you and tell you there is this hunting spot they want to go to, and to meet them in the morning. You show up and they are talking about the spot and you hear the words "years ago, there used to be a road that went through there" and you immediately get back in your jeep. No one says a word, but they collect thier gear and climb in the jeep knowing full well this just turned into an expedition.

your buddy calls you up and tells you he is putting in a 4" lift in his jeep. Your response is you just put a 2" lift in last week. He replies, yeah but I got a swwet deal on these 35" tires and rims......so if you come up, we can put the 2" in your jeep cause I don't want to totally leave you in the dust..................=.=
