We aren't all bad! I wave at everyone...and not just the cool I will give the giddy wave! This is my 2nd jeep and I've had it since thanksgiving and I still love driving it. I do find I am one of the few, but I do always wave! : )

but ya Jeep has become a cool to have thing, not a lot of people understand the true meaning of owning a wrangler. we should start a poll to see how many of them use their wrangler for DD purpose.

When instead of parking in the parking area at your house. You park in the front lawn just to go over a little hill every morning.

And some people are spoilt punks who are given everything to them way too early in life. Others it takes a while in life to get to where you can afford one...

I use mine for a DD but take it off road too. I always wave and park next to other jeeps and follow all the Jeep "heritage." A better poll would be who buys and keeps their wrangler stock and doesn't plan on doing anything with it and who bought it 'just cause it's a Jeep'

Your innocently driving into work and a Acura pulls up next to you at a red light; rolls down the passenger window; leans low in the seat so he can look up at you and gives you a very enthusiastic "thumbs up"!!!

Either that or I'm prettier than I know. ;o)

Jeep has BECOME a cool thing to have and not a lot of people understand the TRUE meaning of owning a Wrangler????
Well Mr. 26 yr old high and mighty, what IS the true meaning of owning a Jeep Wrangler?
By the way I'm in my 40's and Jeeps have been a cool thing to since I can remember being in elementary school, which was a LONG time ago. That's just as far as I can remember, I'm sure Jeeps were cool before then as well.
By the way Wranglers were first released in the late 80's.....
When you find the official documentation of what the true meaning of owning a Wrangler is, please post for all to read. I guess Willys, CJ, Scrambler and various other non Wranglers have no true meanings, just Wranglers????
And while we are at it, my Jeep is a DD during the week and a trail riding, camping, fishing riding through the mountains son of a gun on the weekends....
Maybe there are some people who can't afford multiple vehicles enabling them to experience the true meaning of owning a Wrangler....

for me the word 'Jeep' always refer to the good old times Willys, I am a huge fan of WWII days and those JP like they used to be called is what I am talking about here....

and I should have been a little more clear in what I said, I also use my wrangler for DD during the week and then go out for hunting, fishing, camping in the weekends.... what i meant was people who ONLY use it for DD and not anything else, it has become a style icon. didnt mean to offend anyone here, sorry if I did.

There already is a thread on this subject.

Also if this thread does not get back on TOPIC and becomes a wave thread it WILL be locked.
