ZJ Coils on a TJ

I'm trying to decide what else I need for a ZJ coil lift on my TJ. What are the specifics? Do I need an adjustable track bar?
Here's what I have already...
4 ZJ coils
Is there anything else I need?

How much lift are you expecting from those?

I've heard anywhere between 1 inch to 3 inches.

I got 3 inches by using V8 ZJ coils in the front, removing the stock spacer, and adding a 2" BB spacer.

I put the front coils in the rear.

I haven't put in adjustable track bars yet, but it is on my list of things to get. It's been driving great for about 9 months now.

I've been interested in this ZJ or JK spring conversion but was wondering how much lift can be expected on my TJ if the coil donor had a lot of miles. The ZJ springs I found has over 300k miles on it. I expect these sag a lot so would they lift my tj at all? Plus with this many miles I would be afraid that they are wore out, only interested cause they r practically free.
