Using the app you need to clear the image cache almost constantly. It's not your phone, it's the app. I have the same issue on any forum that uses it.

When you're in the general forum section push your menu button. Options will pop up. Hit the more option. Then hit setting. Scroll down to clear image cache and push it. Go back to your desired page and refresh.

I wish I could be more help. Computers are by no means my specialty. Maybe try logging out and back in or see if your phone needs to be updated. Hopefully one of the mods can be more help.

I am having the same issues after my switch from an IPhone to a Galaxy S5. I find that very irritating, but not having the ability to post pictures and post a reply without quoting is far worse. So does WF tech have no answers? It is truly a hassle. Alas, I love this forum and will continue my use.

We had the same issue on a gun forum that I was a long time member off. It is a host site issue. Nothing wf can do besides switch to tapatalk like my other forum. I'm not a huge fan of tapatalk.
You just have to learn how to deal with the issues and what the work arounds are.

So what exactly are the work arounds? Just accepting the limited functions?

Well, that's disappointing. What's the point of technology if it isn't beneficial? It's hard to believe nothing can be done at this day and age.

You can refresh often to avoid the picture loading issues and if necessary use imageshack for loading links to images.
It's a pita but better than dealing with tapatalk.

Hey Guys,

We can look into this and see if we can improve this on the app for you. Do any IPhone users have the same issue?

Also are you using the Jeep Wrangler forum app? It looks like the apps could be out of date and that is what is causing the issue. The Android version of the app was last updated in 2012 and the Iphone version in 2013.

Wrangler forum is also available of the Autoguide.com app. It is a branded version of TapaTalk so any TT users out there should find it easier to use. As well you can connect to other forums like Jeep Forum.

Let me know and I'll see if I can get this fixed : )

Thank you so much for the response! I know I wasn't having any troubles with the app when I had my iPhone a couple weeks ago. I'll go ahead and download the auto guide app.

I am also having issues with the android app. I recently switched from iPhone 5 to Samsung Galaxy S5 and the app does not fit my phone screen. Also when I post a pic from my phone the picture is sideways.

I would be on this forum all day if the app worked better.

I'm wondering if the wrangler app is no longer compatible with newer forums. It has not been updated in sometime. The office is closed today so I cannot test this out. I have an IPhone 4s and the rest of the team have Samsung S3 and Google Nexus phones. On Monday I can ask one of them to test it out on their phones.

Does this image work for you?

Yes I can see it, but once I click on it, it is tiny. I also can't post pictures easily or scroll through pics

The wranglerforum app has been updated on the forum.

Does the issue still occur?

The autoGuide app is also an alternative.

That's the most up to date version, like AS said, have you tried using the autoguide.com app in stead?
