Who do I need to talk to inorder to delete account on the forums. I no longer have a Jeep so its not neccesary to have this account.

Some reason a lot of forums won't delete accounts for users. Don't know what the new ownerships policy is on it though.

Because it's not necessary to delete accounts and it buggers up the database, when the server pulls up a thread with a post made by the deleted account the software looks for the info on the poster and if it can't find it it gets confused. You can lock accounts but again, not really necessary, if you don't want to be here, don't come here.

that is what i was going to say. if you no longer have a jeep or want to be an active member of the forum, just stop posting on here and remove all the personal information in your profile.

We normally only delete spam accounts. Members come and go but they're part of the history of the forum.

Our official position is equal to what TT posted. We prefer to not delete user accounts unless they are duplicates for the same member or spam.
