Question How to delete a "for sale" or "wanted" item?

I looked at a recent post I made in "Wanted" and cannot figure out how to delete it. I've gotten what I need, and don't want anyone trying to sell me something, so figured the efficient way to do it is delete (like Craigslist suggests). The FAQ mentions an "Edit" button but I cannot see one on the ad. I am not a wizard at the forum stuff (yet), so appreciate patience if this is a stupid question. I forgot to look for a sticky in that section, but will as soon as I post this.

You'll have to pm a moderator, they have to do it. Or post in your wanted thread that you found what your looking for and the moderators will eventually clean it up

When you say delete it, is the item sold? We put all sold items in the archives section. In the future, you can just write "sold" and a mod will move the thread for you (we do it every day). I will go and move your thread in the archives section for now. Also, you can not edit a thread/post after 30 minutes, if you need help or are struggling feel free to PM a moderator.
