NAPA Ad has to go!

Not sure if anyone else is having issues but anytime the NAPA banner Ad pops up, none of the drop down options in the tool bar work. So no search or mark threads as read option.

I am seeing the same issue with the STP ad. Can't get to the subscribed threads link because the ad covers it up. Sometimes it covers it up - other times it doesn't - and it's not always an STP ad - sometimes its CenturyLink and other things. Bottom line is that it has been coded to stay on top in some cases and that's when it covers up the drop down menu...

For reference it's the video ad below the Quick Links and Logout options on the top menu.
