Photo gallery

Been thinking maybe a photo gallery would be a nice addition to the forum.
Each member can upload there photos to there own personal gallery in their profile.
I remember I was a member of a motorcycle forum that used the same layout I think. It was a pretty cool option to have the gallery.

did i post this in the right area...sorry if not.

We are definitely looking into things of this nature. We are in the process of building a new Skin for the board and making some further changes at that time.

I have seen this on a couple of forums and it's a neat feature. Comes in handy when looking for that one photo you need instead of digging through your PhotoBucket account... or ImageShack... of Flickr.

Because we haven't finished building the new front end of the board yet. When it's done there will be some major changes that take place so we are taking our time building it and getting it perfect. We figure the way the board is right now works very well so we don't have to speed something new along.

i didn't know big changes were in the works, what kind of time frame are you talking. i don't see the need for big changes actually, i just liked on another forum (i don't use anymore) had an album for your pics in your profile. especially how photo crazy we are here

We aren't exactly sure on when we will load the new front end. We have been doing minor software upgrades over the past few months while we've been building the new skin for the board along with some of the other ideas you all have had like the photo gallery/garage, some changes we want to make to the For Sale sections etc.... We are just wanting to freshen up the site some, which was the focus on the photo contest a few months back to be part of the new skin.

no, i don't fear, i just dislike over computerized, suspensions that suck the axle all over the place when lifting, suspensions that springs fall out of, and cost stupid money to modify

Yes, a photo album would be awesome. Not only cool to see what everyones rides look like but also to get better ideas on what can be done to your Jeep!

With Photo Gallery, it's a snap to get your photos and videos from your camera to your PC. Find your favorite photos and share them with friends and family. Make your great photos look even better, and create impressive panoramic photos too.

but more to the whole new changes coming?!

so are we talking new layout and everything?? or maybe a different homepage headline or small little feature?

I'm excited either way, how long do you think it will be before we see the update!
