Submission could not be processed

I replied to a post, and it did take me quite a while to finish typing it, but when I clicked the "submit" button I got the following message: Your submission could not be processed because the token has expired. Please push the back button and reload the previous window.

What has happened and what does "reload the previous window" mean and what do I do? When I pushed the back button it took me back to where I typed my reply to the post but it still won't process the message I just typed.

Please make any explanation real simple as I'm not very computer savy.

Allen

I'm going to throw out a guess, so someone correct me if I am wrong.

There is a time limit for replies, similiar to a online bank account, where if you are not doing anything, it times out. Unfortunately, after you press the back button, you lost the reply. A quick solution is to copy all the text next time, and if it happens, just go back and paste, that is the quickest solution I have found. Copying it takes a second, and covers my back.
