I'm with unlimited. I stayed with this board not only because it was the first one I thought was civilized enough to hang out in but also because I actually liked a few of the members (ask OC...I don't like being around most people). In todays world money usually speaks louder then anything else including friendships. I don't hang out on the web that much but this has become one place I tend to visit when not busy with real life. My point is simple I will be leary about this whole deal until my gut feeling is proven wrong. I know my opinion usually doesn't mean much but the almighty dollar is hard for most people to resist.

Besides my opinionated rantings might get me banned now.

Nervous. Things have grown, in the last year. There have been a couple of times that I have not liked being here. I love the fact that the place I hang out is doing well, (if it wasn't, it would be gone, I understand) I just hope that the WF family feeling continues...I can go anywhere to get a commercial site!

(Everybody knows, I love WF...just wait 'till I have a couple more...I'll tell ya!)

You shouldn't have to do this. But.....

So here are some trouble shooting tips.

Try clearing your temp internet files and cookies.
When you log in click the "remember me" box.

If this problem persists, change your security settings to medium or specifically enable cookie exchange with the forum.

Holler if you're still having trouble after doing these things.

So, I left the computer for a few minutes to do something and didn't realize my session had timed out. Continued looking through the threads and wondered why some had blue underlined words in the text of their post. Why are we advertising for FORD! Chrysler/Jeep I can understand but I am in no way a Ford fan. I do not want to advertise for Ford. Not trying to stir up trouble but this makes no sense.

I think that is only for guests, so it kinda makes them register to get rid of a few of the ads like that.

I understand it is only for guest but it is using a word in the post that WE type. I don't have a problem with an ad on the page but, not in our post.

I have no idea! I was at work and noticed that responses were in edt/est (whatever, it was an hour ahead). Seems to be correct here at home! (BTW, Merry Christmas!)

The site has not been moved to the new server yet so nothing should have changed.

Andy, before we were able to click on the post number and that post would come out in the new link. I tried here but it would not work.. it sends me to only one page that is not the post. For example, let say you said something good and i want to send a link specifically to YOUR post (not the beginning of the page)
I click on your number in the upper right corner of your post and it would automatically show post 45 in the new link. We used to have that feature but not any more for some reason.

when i click on the "45" it sends me there and your post is no where to be seen. http://www.wranglerforum.com/?p=175739&postcount=45

Did you guys just add this feature to match an image to the thread width or something?

Yes, we added that this last week. I guess we forgot to post an announcement. It basically helps the threads look more consistent when huge images would distort the page. Iv hope y'all like it.

something else that might be a good option for the forum is pm status. Let say you send private msg to some one here. If that person has not see the msg, it says unread however once the person views the msg, it shows you as read or viewed. We dont have that do we? i don't think i saw it anywhere.

Trip. I just sent you a PM with a read receipt attached. After that it tells you under your in box that you would have a confirmed or unconfirmed message. There is a check box at the bottom of the page when you are writing a message that will let you add it.
