Why is this something you would need? What would you use it for? With my Rubicon, any time I needed the lockers I would not have been going over 5mph anyway.

njatrtljp,

I tend to agree with you on this one. The feller that posted the mod had mentioned something about having fun in the snow. I had some fun discussing the finer points of the mod, after all, if you are going to do a mod, you should know what to expect from it. Since I have the electronics knowledge, I thought they may benefit from the comments. The other thing about defeating the ESP even above the set mph is also suspect. Since that is there to help the vehicle to track properly at higher speeds. My opinion is that I have enough fun in the snow the way it came out of the box but everybody has a different idea of what fun is. When I was a youngster in my teens, a friend of mine was having fun with his mother's car in a shopping center parking lot in a snow storm and ran into one of the concrete blocks that was the base for one of the lights in the parking lot. He had to explain to his mom about why she had no more trunk all the way up to the back seat. He eventually bought her a new car as a good son should. I think he had fun prior to the accident though.
