130RES radio crashed?

Today I was driving my Jeep to the dealership and went to go change the radio station. I hit my little voice activation button and commanded it to switch to 80's on 8 - and then silence. Then I looked at the radio - blank screen. Hit the power button - nothing. Hit the power button again - 'cuz, ya know, who wouldn't - screen came on and said "radio on" but no sound or anything else. Hit it again (why not?) and the screen said "radio off." Hit it one more time - radio came on normally, with sound, but steering wheel buttons were unresponsive for about 30 seconds.

Was that a random crash/reboot of the 130RES? Has this happened to anyone else - and once it starts happening, does it become a frequent issue or anything?
