How's it going all! Happy Black Friday!

I'm looking to get a cold air performance intake for my jeep. I've noticed that my current stock intake as an emission control plug/ system(like any newer car), is there a fake plug I can get so the car thinks it has an intake with a sensor on it? Also I don't know the top jeep performance companies but I'm looking to get as much hp and torque as possible. I'm not looking to spend much money, max $170.

Thank you for taking the time to read and respond

(Any other performance parts/ companies you can think of please let me know)

Agree, I ran one and it did not do much. Especially low end. I get more performance out of my programmer. Now I do have 4:10 gears. Gears are the single most best bang for buck upgrade you can do. Even the 3.8 auto can be geared low because of the poor tranny gearing.

That must have been when I wasn't around. I'm glad I missed that!

Save your money and get new gears. I have the same jeep with 5.13's on it. I absolutely love my new gearing. Although I have 35's, I have no problems passing any longer. With the stock gears, when I had to pass someone, it would bog and take its sweet time. The gears made a HUGE difference. And BTW...I get around 17 mpg. I am one happy camper.

O P, don't do it..........:nonono::nonono::nonono:

Chrysler/Jeep has engineered the CFM air flow, and filter element absolute micron rating need for performance, fuel economy and keeping the dirt out of your air induction system. So stay with your factory installed air filter system....................:happyyes::happyyes:
