2012 JK Shifter Bezel Light Bulb - Help

I have a 2012 and I think I have either a bulb out or a fuse blown. I am suspecting a bulb as I am not seeing any other lights not functioning.

The bulb in question is the light under the shifter bezel in an automatic. the PRND lights.

I am not seeing a fuse correlation in the manual...so I have a few questions.

1) If it's the bulb is it had to get to and any tips or guides on getting to it?
2) I can't seem to find the part number on-line...Will be calling the dealer later when they open, but does anyone know this?

3)If it could be a fuse, anyone know which? As I said, the schematic doesn't say anything about that one.

Thanks in advance,
-Craig

Mine has never had a light there. It's a 2012. I don't think those are supposed to light up.

Update: So I go out today...and they are on..must be a short possibly.. It's been stupid cold here, not sure if that is having an effect on it or not. Either way...they are on now and I will just have to keep an eye on them

Still, if anyone has info on taking it apart and getting to the bulb, I still would like to hear from you.

I am having the same exact problem with my 2012 JK Sahara... I believe it came on and off for a bit a few months ago but always off now. Also the tiny led's for the power windows (2 door model).

I will have to check my power window LEDs...it's been so damn cold here in Michigan that there has been ZERO reason to even consider putting windows down...lol

So far, my shifter lights are still on..(fingers crossed)

Same deal here

Mine are also out. Too cold to investigate right now. Putting that on the list with the leaking floorboards. LOL Had the window switches replaced last month for the same problem. Gonna see if I can change the color on it too.

Well I looked down and they do light up. I've never noticed them before since it's displayed digitally above the miles.

I am thinking they have a design flaw as my 2014 model doesn't light up either. It's WAY too new (bought it on Jan 2 2014 - about 4300ish miles) to be wear related, so the thing seems to be either a bad design or something the factory is slacking on during assembly.
