35 spline axles with ARB locker in Dana 44

Need some help figuring out part numbers that I'm having a hard time finding. I have a sport and going to take advantage of regearing to 4.88, 35 spline shafts, and arb locker.

However, I don't know what equipment I need to do this. Specifially the shafts and ARB I need to use. I've googled and have researched things but want to make sure I get the correct things. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Should mention this is for the rear only. I'll be ordering a PR44 for the front.

When Jeep came out with the JK in 2007, they used a completely redesigned Dana 44 axle. When they designed the new axle, they designed new gears for the axle that are bigger and stronger. The new Dana 44 comes in 2 flavors, Rubicon and Non-Rubicon.

The Rubicon D44 uses all new parts. Every bearing is different. The 32 spline axle shafts are different, the differential is different.

The non-Rubicon D44 uses the same pinion bearings as the Rubicon D44. However, it uses the same carrier bearings as the old generation D44. It also uses the same differential as the old generation D44. However, because the gears aren't the same as the old generation D44, they use the differential slightly differently.

The old generation D44 differential has two versions. One for the 3.73 and numerically lower. The other is for 3.92 and numerically higher.

The new generation non-Rubicon uses one differential for all gear sets (3.21 to 5.38). And that is the old generation 3.73 and lower differential.

If you're getting an ARB with 35 spline shafts, make sure it's the right kind. Since it's a sport, it needs to be for a non-JK Rubicon axle, 3.73 and down. You may need some specific bearings that are different than the standard bearings for a non-Rubicon JK 44.

Thanks for the information. Exactly what I'm trying to find out is trying to pair everything together correctly. I have a '14 sport that will be getting a PR44 up front with 4.88's. I need to regear the back and want to do 35 spline, ARB, and 4.88's. So how do I make sure I get the correct pieces haha. Below is what I recieved from 4wd parts as the correct numbers.

I have been researching the PR44 for my rig as well. I would love to see how yours turns out and, if you don't mind, the prices you end up with. Thanks and I look forward to see and hearing how yours turns out.
