ABS/ESP lights

I have a 2012 JK that I bought new. Since I have owned it I have had a couple of Electronic Glitches. The first week the fuel gauge sender stopped working, the dealer dropped the tank, and checked the connections and put it back. It has worked since. Then the Cruise Control stopped work from time to time. I had codes on my OBD II scanner for it, but the dealers Star Scan couldn't find it at first. They replaced the Buttons. Now out of the blue my ABS/ESP lights come on for no good reason. I checked the wiring at the wheels in the parking lot at work, and I don't see any problems. The key trick brings up no codes, so later today I am going to check it with my scanner.
This kinda makes my wonder about the electrical reliability of this Jeep. It isn't even two years old yet. My XJ that I bought used, and have owned 12 years hasn't given me these kind of problem. She is still going strong, and I have been driving her this week.
I like the JK, and have a winch I was going to put on it. I also have other mods in the basement ready to go on, but they can go on the XJ or an older Wrangler also. I was going to put on a small lift, and 35s. I guess it is going to get another trip back to the dealer.

No wheeling ?

On a lifted rig, a off center steering wheel will do this. But you're stock, so Unless something is loose to where the jeep thinks it's in a skid. I would take a closer look at the speed sensors.

Wheeling, but nothing hard, or within the last couple of months. All connectors, and sensors are good. I just spent an hour on the cold ground checking them. There are no codes any were in the systems. The both fuses are good. It has a leveling lift that I put on when I first got it, and centered the wheel. It has Rubicon take offs with the speed set with an AEV Pro-Cal. I also tried restoring everything, and that didn't work either. It came on when I was driving on dry pavement. I have noticed that lately the Headlights get bright, and go back to normal every now and then while driving.
These new Electronic are a real problem. Time to start looking for an older Wrangler to fix up before the warranty runs out, and I have to sell this one. Very disappointed with this new Jeep.
