Ac problem after getting soaked

My 2012 JK dashboard got rained on after leaving it naked overnight. My gig and clock spring are ok so far but a can't get the AC to work properly. I can not control the temperature and blows air where it wants to.

Is there anything a can check besides leaving it on the sun for it to dry out before I take it to the dealer

Not really. A good drying will do wonders to JK electronics.

I've left a dehumidifier inside the jeep for several nights and it still does the same thing

Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes.

You can pull the dashboard and that module out and let it bake in the sun with the top off for a day and see if it makes a difference.

Lmao silly people think they are and leave there tops of overnight lol.

I would never leave it of overnight for many reasons including potential rain or even morning dew.

Sounds like you may need new hvac controls
