Another coil question...sorry

Currently have 13/56 springs. If I go to say 18/60 does anyone have a clue if that would provide any additional lift and/or how much lift or would it just be a stiffer ride? Is there an equation out there that can provide a WAG as to how much height I would gain if any?

I've got a '14 JK Willys.

WAG: Wild A$$ Guess

Just go for a lift.... like a 2.5". *IF* you do install those coils there is a 99% chance you will move up to a lift with in 6 months. Good Luck with your choice.

You're probably right, but if I can get coils and shocks relatively cheap, I might go for it and put the lift off for a year or so. Use the money saved for other mods....

I would get the coils and shocks off a rubi

Ok I am doing it, I'm getting 2012 jkru tow rated coil and shocks for my 2010 2dr sahara at a great price. Are they a direct swap or do I need more components? I don't want a lift but I'm a noobie too.

It probably will provide some amount of lift but may not be worth the labor of disassembling the suspension and risk binding. Go with some low cost spacers and you will be guaranteed a certain amount of lift and eliminating rake.

I went from 14/55's on my 2010 2 door JK Sport to 18/60's from a 2014 JKUR tow package. Even with my aftermarket front and rear bumpers I gained 2-2.5 inches lift. I also put on Rubicon shocks. No other parts needed. Very happy with the end results for my dd and spent around $200 for everything.
