I'm going to be replacing the ball joints on my wife's 2013 JKUS and was wondering if someone could tell me the size of the installer/remover I'll need.

This is the kit I'll be ordering: Amazon.com: OTC 7249 Ball Joint, U-Joint and Brake Anchor Pin Service Kit: Automotive=
The kit you are ordering does NOT have the proper adapter . But it will work using a big socket and a few wedges. I just did my ball joints on my 08 jk and that's what I used . But the one that has ALL the adapters was at advanced auto parts store but they wanted like 215.00 bucks to buy it. But yes you really are buying it , but you will get all ur money back when u return it. Just DONT loose your receipt.

What size socket did you use?

Here's the thing, any time that I have a bigger job to do on a vehicle or the house or whatever, I buy one tool that's needed for the job that I don't have...this time that tool is the ball joint press. Granted, I wont use it often but it will get used AND my collection gets bigger AND my son will inherit it all one day. The wife is a big believer in the system also.

The Angle Adapter you need is also sold on Amazon.....
Sorry I can't get into my links or bookmarks now, but it seems like its around
$68.00 or so....
Maybe someone else can get the link for you....
Or you can search here for The Threads on Ball Joint presses... "BH"

Got the job done over the weekend...the worst part was needing big sockets I didn't have so I ended up making several runs and buying cheap parts store tools. My outside driver tie rod end ball joint was shot too, fortunately O'Riely was able to get one for me by 4:30pm on a Sunday. I also swapped the shocks and sway bar end links.

Next weekend I need to finish up the rear shocks and sway bar end links and the steering stabilizer. Then I can go back to modding my RAM!

Glad you got that done. Did you use the adaptor mentioned above? How did it work out?

Yup, I used the set from Amazon. It did not have all the necessary adapters and nether did the set at O'Riley. I was able to make due though. For the top I used the press to push out the ball joint stud, breaking it out of the housing. Then pushed again with one of the adapters against the remaining flat surface. It all went in but sure would have been easier with the right adapters and more room since I couldn't reverse the press.
